The Woodbridge Fire Department is proud to announce our 4th annual Junior Fire Academy. It will be held at the Woodbridge Fire Department, 418 School Street, Woodbridge. The one-week camp will be held on July 18, 2022 through July 22, 2022 from 9am-2:30pm.
The camp is designed for those who reside in Woodbridge Fire District #1. Students going into 6th through 8th grades will be able to attend the academy. The academy’s goal will be a character-building program that teaches TEAMWORK and DISCIPLINE where they will also learn aspects of the fire service. THERE WILL BE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EACH DAY.
The fee for the week is $85.00 and each student will receive a T- shirt, baseball cap and water bottle. Space will be limited so admittance will be on a first come first serve basis or by lottery if needed. Each student must bring their own lunch. This program has a limited class size so please register early.

• Apparatus Equipment review & Chemistry of Fire
• Personnel Accountability Officer Roles and Responsibility
• Physical Fitness
• Tour of Middlesex County Fire Academy
• Ladder teamwork and placement
• American Heart Association CPR certification
• And much more.
