The Office of the Mayor, Municipal Council, Woodbridge Interfaith Clergy Council, Woodbridge Township Emergency Response community and the Woodbridge Township Veterans Alliance will commemorate the 21st Anniversary of the September 11, 2001 Attack on America at services honoring the Woodbridge Township residents who tragically lost their lives in the 9/11 attack. This year, the 9/11 Memorial Service will offer a special Recognition and Salute to the Woodbridge Township First Response Community – Woodbridge Township Police Department (WPD), Woodbridge Township Fire Department(s) and First Aid Squad(s), the Woodbridge Township Office of Emergency Management and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) – for outstanding service to the community in the 21 years following the aftermath of September 11, 2001. The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, SEPT. 11, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Woodbridge Township Concert Stage Located on the Joseph R. Lewis Memorial Concert Stage Samuel Lupo Plaza next to Woodbridge Public Library and WHS
